This event was especially significant because my Laurel was given a court barony to commemorate her many years of service and dedication. She's an amazing woman, and people had been calling her Your Excellency for years. Many congratulations to Her (finally) Excellency Antonia. There wasn't a dry eye in the house.
I was also very proud that my husband was asked to be a member of Their Majesties' retinue as the official brewer to the monarchs. I believe he has some plans in mind to best share his talents with them and with the kingdom. We will be busy with events for the next six months as Aonghus is expected, as part of the retinue, to attend upon Their Majesties as much as possible. This means lots of garb to be made and lots of fun to be had.
I don't have many pictures to share, but stay tuned for a blog post about my garb!
